How do I become a Vogel’s reseller?
Simply download an account application form here and return it completed by email to help@turnstoneav.co.uk We will then open an account for you and contact you with your account details and a price list. From receipt of the application this process typically takes between 24 and 48 hours.
What methods of payment do you accept?
30 day credit accounts are available subject to status and we accept payment by bank transfer, debit card and credit card (subject to a handling fee).
Where can I get a copy of your ‘Terms and Conditions of Sale’?
You will receive a copy of our terms and conditions as part of the account opening process. Alternatively please click here to download a copy.
How soon can I expect to receive an order?
We hold a considerable amount of stock in our UK warehouse and endeavour to have the faster moving lines available at all times. If your item/s are in stock and you place an order before 3.30pm then you can expect delivery to be made the next working day. We also offer timed and Saturday delivery services. Please contact your account manager for delivery prices.
Do you offer a drop-ship service?
Yes, if you would like us to, we can arrange for your order to be delivered directly to your customer.
Can I arrange to collect my order?
If you would like to collect your order or arrange for a courier to collect on your behalf then please let us know at the time of ordering as collections are strictly by appointment only.
Do you have a Showroom?
We have showroom facilities in our Andover office. If you would like to visit us to see a product then please arrange this with your account manager as the showroom is available strictly by appointment only.
Do you give volume discounts?
Additional discount is available for volume orders and is considered on a case by case basis. Please contact your account manager with details of the opportunity to apply for bid pricing/volume discounts.

No we don’t. Turnstone AV is a trade only distributor selling through a network of approved resellers. If you are an end user looking to buy a Vogel’s product then please call us when we would be happy to provide details of a Vogel’s reseller in your area.

My customer/I have a warranty issue. What should they do?
In the first instance the end user should email us at help@turnstoneav.co.uk detailing which product it is, when it was purchased, and giving a full description of the problem. We will then consider the situation and contact the end user with regard to the next steps. Please be aware that proof of purchase may be required.
